Shipping: All orders are ship UPS ground unless specified. After your order is received by our system, your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Out of stock items will be processed 4 to 7 business days. It takes additional 2 to 5 business days for UPS or the Postal Service to deliver the package to you. You will receive an order receipt and a tracking or shipping confirmation by email when your order is shipped.
International Shipping: We do not ship international except for Canada.
Returning Products : We have a reputation of providing high quality products, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return the undamaged item for a full refund, exclude the shipping fee. Once we received the merchandise from you, we’ll refund your cost of the products back to your account.
Unless we made a mistake on the order, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fee is not refundable. Please be sure that you are aware of this return policy when returning products.
Damaged Merchandise During Transit: We package our boxes according the UPS packaging codes, If for some reasons you receive damaged products, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to report the damaged package. You will need to provide to UPS the tracking number which can be found on the shipping label. You will need to keep the damaged package up to 5 days from the day you call UPS to report the damage. UPS will pick up the damage package for inspection, and send us, the paper work for the refund.
Please send us an email reference with an order number about the damaged package.
After you received the message about the damaged items, you can either place the order again or do a refund back to you. Once we received the paper work from UPS, we’ll refund back to your account.
